3mm Acrylic Sheet – Blue Frost
Our frost acrylic sheets feature a satin, light-diffusing finish on one side and a smooth gloss finish on the other, making them suitable for laser cutting, CNC routing, signage, privacy screens, light diffusers and general DIY applications.
Sheets are supplied with a paper protective film applied to both sides to help protect against scratches during handling, cutting and transport.
Frost acrylic provides reduced glare and softened light transmission while maintaining the same workability and durability expected from standard acrylic sheets.

Please note: When ordering acrylic sheets, we recommend allowing an additional 5–20 mm on each dimension.
For example, a 1200 × 600 mm sheet may be supplied slightly oversize (approximately 1220 × 610 mm).
This applies to all sheet sizes.
Do you cut to size?
Custom sheet sizes can be cut from the sizes listed above.
To request cut-to-size, select “Yes” under the Cut to Size Requirements option and enter your required dimensions in the Cut Size Details section when placing your order.
Custom cut-to-size is limited to straight cuts only.
For custom shapes or profiling, please email us for a quote.
Do you need 3M Adhesive
We also offer the option to apply 3M double-sided adhesive to either side of choice to the acrylic sheet. This is ideal for laminating acrylic to other materials or mounting to various surfaces.
Applying adhesive will add approximately 0.13mm to the overall thickness of the sheet.
