Pricing may vary between stock arrivals due to changes in supplier costs, material availability, freight charges or market conditions.
Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Price changes will not apply retroactively to completed orders.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We make every effort to display product colours and finishes accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colours precisely.

SECTION 6 – CUSTOM CUTTING & CUT-TO-SIZE PRODUCTS
Custom cut-to-size acrylic products are processed based on the specifications provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
Once processing has commenced, custom cut-to-size items cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Cutting tolerances apply to all cut-to-size services. Minor variations in size or finish are considered acceptable within industry standards.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all measurements, material selections and specifications are correct prior to placing an order.
SECTION 7 – ACRYLIC MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Acrylic is a manufactured material and may display minor variations between batches, including colour tone, finish and surface appearance.
Protective films may show marks or residue and are designed to be removed prior to use. These do not constitute a product fault.
Certain acrylic products, including mirror acrylic, may be extruded rather than cast. Product specifications are listed on individual product pages where applicable.
Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to acrylic materials do not constitute a fault.
SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors without approval.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account and purchase information for all transactions.
SECTION 9 – SHIPPING & COLLECTION
Delivery is available across Australia and New Zealand. Other locations may be available on request.
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on order size, location and whether custom cutting is required.
Local pickup is available by appointment only from our Mornington Peninsula location.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched or collected.
SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or links which we do not control.
We are not responsible for third-party content, websites or services and accept no liability for their use.
