Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of acrylic products, Total Acrylic Supplies does not accept returns for change of mind.

Custom cut-to-size items, special orders and clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be returned once processing has commenced.

We take care to ensure all products are supplied in good condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details so we can assess the issue.

If a product is deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Minor cosmetic variations, colour differences, protective film marks or minor surface imperfections are inherent to acrylic materials and do not constitute a fault.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
