Shipping policy

Total Acrylic Supplies ships orders across Australia and New Zealand.

Orders are dispatched from our Mornington Peninsula location once payment has been received and the order has been processed.

Standard stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from the day the order is placed.
Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom cut-to-size items, special orders or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Estimated dispatch timeframes will be advised where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for oversized, bulky or special freight requirements.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the courier. Total Acrylic Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery is available across Australia and New Zealand. Shipping to other locations may be available on request.

Local pickup is available by appointment only from our Mornington Peninsula facility.
